My daughter is autistic and non-verbal, so she isn’t able to tell me herself how she feels about the time, but she always seems happy and comfortable going with the staff. They make good use of her allocated hours, doing the things she loves. It gives me a lot of reassurance knowing she is well cared for and able to enjoy her time out. I’m really pleased with the support they provide and very grateful for everything they do for her.

Their team are attentive and kind; offering mum both practical support and invaluable social interaction. Mum has late stage Alzheimer’s and Newbirth are able to adjust their approach on a day to day basis. As a family we are really happy with the care provided.
